DAVID DUNN-RANKIN - Chairman of the Unilink Group
Received an MBA from Emory in 1984 and joined Peat Marwick where he stayed six years helping
to build their high tech practice.
After leaving Peat Marwick he started Bridges and Dunn-Rankin, a CPA firm with a heavy
emphasis on technology. David spent much of his time consulting with clients about growing
revenue and increasing profitability.
He has served on the boards of PayTech, Folio Z, Bradley Ward Systems, Classic Real Estate
Systems, Optio Software, MetroCell, SEMS Technologies and Sun Coast Media Group.
W. DONNIE SHAW - Co-Owner
Donnie is Vice President at Shaw Resources, Inc., a privately held company in the development, construction, and management of commercial real estate. He joined the company in 1991 when he returned to his hometown of Greenville, South Carolina and assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Shaw was a tax professional in the public accounting firms of both PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG in Atlanta, Georgia. Donnie is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Georgia.
Mr. Shaw earned his Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Georgia, Terry School of Business and graduated cum laude from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
Donnie is an active member of the Advisory Board for BB&T of Greenville, South Carolina and serves on the Advisory Board for the Greenville Tech Foundation, where he also serves on the Finance Committee. Donnie is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Greenville Homebuilders Association, and is a former member of the American Institute of CPAs. Donnie is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Greenville, South Carolina and the Advisory Committee for Young Life of Greenville, South Carolina. Donnie enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Angela, and twin daughters.

TONY PALERMO - Marketing Director
20 + years experience as Executive manager with P&L responsibility for client services,
marketing, sales and product management in the software, consulting, and telecommunications
industries in the global market. Goal-oriented individual with strong leadership,
organizational, analytical, technical and communications skills. Demonstrated expertise in
project and product management, productivity improvement and profitability.
GENE STEWART
Gene has thirty years of experience in the software and services industries, with emphasis on document management, workflow and overall process improvement solutions. He's held every type of sales role, developing direct, VAR, and global strategic alliances channels, with some of the largest technology innovators in the world. Gene graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Industrial Management.
